Welcome to this guided, self-reiki meditation, where we will use the Archangels and the healing elements of wind, water, earth, and fire, to help you feel more connected to your reiki energy. This is a companion episode to our podcast episode # 47A “Do Online Attunements Work? Do I Need to get Re-Attuned, Overcoming Self-Doubt, etc.” Although listening to that episode is not required to do this meditation, we fully explain in detail why someone would feel like they are not feeling their reiki connection.
This meditation is NOT an attunement to reiki. You do need to seek a qualified reiki master teacher to attune you to reiki. This meditation is for all levels of reiki practitioners who have already been attuned to reiki. However, we will be using reiki level 2 symbols, do if you are reiki level 1, adaptations will be given.
This meditation is designed to help you feel more connected to your reiki energy. Once you are attuned to reiki, it is with you for the rest of your life, and nobody can take it away from you. You don’t ever need to be reconnected to your reiki! However, as mentioned in the podcast episode, there are times when you might need to feel reconnected to your reiki energy. Although re-attunements are not necessary, they are helpful in feeling that reconnection to reiki again as it is a very cleansing process. This meditation is designed to help clear out any stuck energy so we can then feel more strongly reconnected to the reiki energy. This meditation is great to use during periods of upset, self-doubt, or anytime you have gone through, or are going through, a particular rough time in your life.

Welcome to this guided meditation to be done before studying, or taking tests. Often, our minds are absorbed with everything going on around us, and we are stressed, or we are anxious, and it is critical to let most of this go, so our minds can be sharp and clear for the studying or test-taking we are about to do. In this meditation, we will be employing the breath, eye pattern methods, visualization, and mantras to get ourselves in a calm, but alert state for our studies or test. Also, studies have shown that inhaling lemon essential oil helps release stress, and brings the mind to a state of alertness, helping to retain information studied. Lemon essential oil is optional during this meditation, and is not required. If you have it, then please have it by your side for the breathing portion of this meditation. At the end of this meditation, we will ground ourselves back to the present moment, by a change in tempo, using drums to anchor us to mother earth. Enjoy!
Welcome! Suicide rates are on this rise, and In this episode we are going to talk about what others would call us as “weird”, and about being our true authentic selves. Oftentimes, we are afraid for whatever reason to let our true light shine, because we don’t want to be judged, or labeled as “weird.” Doing so can cause us to live a life where we fall into despair and depression, and can lead to suicide. Although not mandatory, if this is your first time doing this meditation, it is best to listen to this meditation in it’s entirety before beginning, so you can have everything ready in advance that is needed. If you have already listened to this meditation, you can fast forward to approximately 4:40 to skip the introduction and begin the meditation.
Optimal soaking time to reap the most benefits from salt baths, is between 20-25 minutes, and the meditation portion of this recording will be between 15-20 minutes.
For this meditation, you will need about 2-3 cups of salt, and other helpful, but not required, items to have are ¾ cup of baking soda, essential oils of your choice, candles, and any aromatic herbs you’d like to use.
