Welcome! In this episode, we are going to discuss ways we can push through when we seem discouraged on the spiritual path, because as we have embraced this work, we have committed to healing ourselves, so we can in turn, help heal others around us. It’s not always easy, and so many of us can get tired, and worn out. Later in the episode, we will do a short, 5-10 minute meditation where I am going to send healing Reiki and Karuna love and light to you , to help re-center yourself and to bring clarity of mind. Please find a quiet, comfortable place to sit and close your eyes, free of any distractions at this point in the episode. Enjoy!
Welcome! In this episode, we are going to talk about how to find your own answers in dealing and healing from challenging people and situations. While it is nice to listen to advice from others to help gain different perspectives, ultimately, the answer that is right for you, must come from within yourself. I will provide a short, free companion meditation on how to do this after this episode, so please look for that. How do we respond to challenging people or situations in our lives? It’s easy to respond from a place of EGO (EGO is NOT always a bad thing! EGO helps us to understand what needs to be healed in our lives.) However, If we continuously respond to situations out of EGO, we need to ask ourselves why, and work on healing those aspects that need to be healed.
This is a short, guided companion meditation on my podcast episode 28, “Have Fun and Let Loose with Reiki.” Although listening to that episode is not required to do this meditation, you might find it helpful to do so, so you can understand the full reason for this meditation. You do NOT have to be a Reiki practitioner to enjoy this meditation, simply ignore the Reiki instructions given in the meditation to enjoy it. Join me, as we journey and have fun dancing and letting LOOSE in this fun meditation!
In this episode we will be discussing why it is that prayer seems to be more effective when it is done collectively, in larger numbers, versus alone. In spirituality, we believe we have the spark of the Divine within us, so if that is true, why can’t we just pray on our own, and have the same effect as when we pray in larger numbers?I am a huge believe in the power of prayer because I have seen it work countless times in my life. At times, even miracles have been witnessed. So, this was a question I had to really think deeply on, and couldn’t come up with a feasible answer. Join me in this episode as we discuss this further.
Welcome! This episode is about being vulnerable, and how this is actually another path to healing. Many of us are being called to be more vulnerable in our lives right now, and we are going to focus mainly on why being vulnerable helps heal you, and others, and to hopefully help inspire you to heed the call in being vulnerable, to be able to help yourself, shine your light even brighter, be who you are meant to be, and to help others through your vulnerability.
There is SO much negativity out there right now in response to what is going on with the situation in the mid-East. Most know exactly what situation this is referring to, and podcast rules prohibit me from naming any countries involved.
I feel strongly GUIDED to put this out there, and will speak with much more conviction and PASSION AND DETERMINATION in my voice because this is something that I am over the moon, PASSIONATE ABOUT. Please keep this in mind as you listen to this episode, because I will get a little loud and have intense energy during this episode.
Later, we will do an Advanced Reiki technique together in ALLOWING, IDENTIFYING, RELEASING, and HEALING any kind of fear, anxiety, anger, sadness, grief, or whatever you might be feeling or carrying around because of all the world problems we are in right now.
Welcome to this guided, self-reiki meditation designed to help you through periods of challenging health issues. This is a companion meditation to my podcast episode 23, “There are Many Paths to Healing, Including Illness.” You do not need to listen to that episode prior to this meditation, but you might find it extra helpful to do so, so you can understand the detailed purpose of this meditation. Adaptations are given to those who are not attuned to Reiki, so that all may benefit from this powerfully healing meditation.
This meditation is not designed to diagnose, prevent, cure, or treat any kind of health issue or illness. As always, seek professional medical help for any health issues you might be experiencing.
Cultivating self-love, self-acceptance, as our bodies are, is so very important during the healing process. As a result of this, it is important to cast aside any expectations of being pain-free at the end of this meditation. Rather, this meditation is designed to fill yourself up with the light of love, acceptance, and non-judgment, the very things we strive in our attitudes towards others. By doing so, you raise your vibrations, and fill yourself with light, which will then help you with your illness in ways you cannot comprehend.
Welcome! In this episode, we are going to discuss how illness can actually be our ally. Many of us healers suffer from some kind of illness, and this can bring a myriad of emotions (some of which are not always conducive to our healing path!)
In this episode, we are going to discuss ways we can help ourselves move forward towards healing when we feel like we just can’t take our physical illness anymore.
Inspiration for today’s podcast goes to Reiki Rays author, Angie Webster. She actually wrote an article on this exact same thing on the Reiki Rays website. It really resonated with me because these are the very things I had to learn in my own healing journey with chronic illness, and couldn’t find the right words to articulate it. I know many of us healers suffer from some kind of chronic pain or illness, and I hope this subject resonates with many of you.
You are a perfect, Divine vessel of love, no matter your physical health challenges! We also discuss this in length! Don’t forget the companion meditation designed specifically for this episode, in moving towards a path of healing, when you are in the midst of a great health challenge.

In this episiode, we will be discussing cultivating self-compassion when life challenges hit you hard. This goes deeper than reciting self-love mantras, etc (those are wonderful!) because it delves at a level most of us don’t realize is there. Be sure to have a pen and paper handy for this episode, because we will be doing a very helpful and powerful exercise later in identifying ways to have more self-compassion towards ourselves.

Welcome, in this episode we are going to talk about what might be a hard subject and content for some. This is the subject of telling people who have chronic health problems that they are the ones who made themselves sick. My intention in talking about this topic, is to help other holistic practitioners, see how some of the words we use in our sessions with clients, might have the opposite effect of what we are intending. It’s not to place guilt, shame, or point fingers, but rather, to help identify old paradigms in the words we have been possibly telling our clients, so that we can shift into the new paradigms, and higher frequencies of being, by letting go of the old, and what is no longer serving us. There is a much gentler, kinder, compassionate way to tell clients that they are responsible for their health, and we delve into this topic in detail in this episode. Enjoy.
