Welcome to this guided imagery meditation, utilizing the healing heat of the sauna, to help you release stress, anxiety, trauma, and emotional pain related to trauma, PTSD, or any other reason in need of healing. Being a survivor of many decades of childhood and adult trauma, I understand the immense pain that is associated with these areas of tension in the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies. I also understand a simple, yet powerful, meditation such as this, can help you cope with symptoms of trauma and PTSD, but please keep in mind, that this meditation can stir up old feelings of pain, sadness, hurt, and any other emotions. (soothingly) Cry if needed, as this is also a method of releasing what has been held inside for too long.
