Thank you for joining me in this very important episode that will helpfully help those of us who have struggled to find self-love, despite all our efforts to try and cultivate and achieve it. This is a long one because the topic is so very important for those of us who are survivors of significant trauma.First, I want to say, that if you have been struggling with self-love, and come from a significant background of trauma, this is an episode you do not want to miss! This is not your typical self-love episode, where we tell you to increase your self-care, go get a massage, reiki session, manicure, or whatever, to love yourself. Nor is it an episode where we will tell you to recite affirmations or mantras, or do more self-reiki to find self-love! Those CAN work for us with significant trauma, but with modifications! This is not your typical “let’s discuss the pandemic” podcast episode! With the pandemic extending beyond what any of us have anticipated, some of us are simply tired of it all, and we are experiencing a bit of an imbalance of energy in life. We explore and discuss that some things in life can never be healed, and oftentimes, we beat ourselves up over, and over, and over, when this pain rears it’s head in our lives. Sometimes on our spiritual and life path, when we start doing what our soul came here to do, it seems as if everything and anything goes wrong. What is the universe trying to tell us when this happens?
