Hello, everyone! Thank you for joining me in this very important episode that will helpfully help those of us who have struggled to find self-love, despite all our efforts to try and cultivate and achieve it. This is a long one because the topic is so very important for those of us who are survivors of significant trauma.First, I want to say, that if you have been struggling with self-love, and come from a significant background of trauma, this is an episode you do not want to miss! This is not your typical self-love episode, where we tell you to increase your self-care, go get a massage, reiki session, manicure, or whatever,  to love yourself. Nor is it an episode where we will tell you to recite affirmations or mantras, or do more self-reiki to find self-love! Those CAN work for us with significant trauma, but with modifications! Not Your Typical Pandemic Episode and a Call to all People of Color



This is not your typical “let’s discuss the pandemic” podcast episode! With the pandemic extending beyond what any of us have anticipated, some of us are simply tired of it all, and we are experiencing a bit of an imbalance of energy in life.  This could show up as many things for us, and together, through sensitive and compassionate dialogue, we will journey to hopefully experience a powerful shift in perspective, to find that place of balance we have been craving. If you are sick of the pandemic, and want a fresh perspective of how you can balance the pain of loss this pandemic has brought,  with the pain of growth it has also brought, this is your episode!

Also, towards the end of the podcast, we briefly discuss ways we as “white” people (if you identify as such)  can learn and grow from the current civil unrest out in the world with the Black Lives Matter movement. A call to people of color is given to have as a possible guest on the show because we need your experiences and perspective more than ever! RRRL: Powerful, Guided, Self-Reiki Meditation for Studying or Taking Tests/Mantras/Aromatherapy/Visualization



Welcome to this guided meditation to be done before studying, or taking tests. Often, our minds are absorbed with everything going on around us, and  we are stressed, or we are anxious, and it is critical to let most of this go, so our minds can be sharp and clear for the studying or test-taking we are about to do. In this meditation, we will be employing the breath, eye pattern methods, visualization, and mantras to get ourselves in a calm, but alert state for our studies or test. Also, studies have shown that inhaling lemon essential oil helps release stress, and brings the mind to a state of alertness, helping to retain information studied. Lemon essential oil is optional during this meditation, and is not required. If you have it, then please have it by your side for the breathing portion of this meditation. At the end of this meditation, we will ground ourselves back to the present moment, by a change in tempo, using drums to anchor us to mother earth. Enjoy!


Are You”Weird?” What Does That Even Mean? Finding Peace With Your Weirdness!



Welcome! Suicide rates are on this rise, and  In this episode we are going to talk about what others would call us as “weird”, and about being our true authentic selves. Oftentimes, we are afraid for whatever reason to let our true light shine, because we don’t want to be judged, or labeled as “weird.” Doing so can cause us to live a life where we fall into despair and depression, and can lead to suicide.  In this episode, we are going to discuss why we feel this way, and perhaps help those who might be stuck in feeling this way, to let go a little, so you can be FREE to be who you are, and so the world can see your true, beautiful light!
