Welcome to this short, guided meditation, designed to help those of us who are experiencing major shifts/challenges in our lives, to be able to SURRENDER, instead of RESISTING, or FIGHTING them. This is a companion meditation to our podcast episode 21, but can also be used as a standalone meditation anytime you need help SURRENDERING and NAVIGATING challenging shifts you are experiencing. In this meditation, we travel to your beautiful, sacred forest, where you meet with a Divine being of light, who assists you in SURRENDERING to these shifts. Enjoy!
The number one concern I hear from students and experienced Reiki practitioners is that they feel their self-reiki treatments aren’t working, and they don’t feel much when they do their self-Reiki. This has caused many practitioners to give up on their self treatments. Please don’t give up! In this episode, I help you understand how common this is, and many things you can do to help yourself tune in more, and to feel more, when doing your self-Reiki treatments.

You do not need to listen to the podcast episode before beginning this meditation. In this meditation, we will be utilizing breath, aromatherapy, our spiritual guidance, ritual, and will be meditating on the Sei Heiki, the emotional/,mental symbol. We will develop ta strong connection with Sei Heiki, and this will be useful for when we later want to use Sei Heiki while doing self-reiki, or even when working on clients. Later in the meditation, we will do a beautiful, beautiful, segment where we focus all of that love into our heart, combine it with Sei Heiki, and Divine energy, to bless and heal those in our home, City, country, and planet! In this guided meditation, we start off by doing a short breath work exercise, where we concentrate on releasing, expanding, and filling ourselves with beautiful, healing, Divine light. Later, we visit a sacred beach, where we meet with a divine, loving Being who further offers healing light and love. After this meditation, you will feel peaceful, loved, safe, cared for, and your worries, whatever they may be, will hopefully no longer have as much power over you. Modifications are given to those who are attuned to Reiki, and this meditation can be done by anyone, regardless if you have been attuned to Reiki, or not. This is my gift to you, because I also suffer with SAD, and was unable to find any meditations out there that were geared specifically towards this, or that resonated with me. I hope you enjoy it, and hope that it helps you to find much deserved peace and healing.
