While it is nice to listen to advice from others to help gain different perspectives, ultimately, the answer that is right for you, must come from within yourself. This meditation is given with this intention, and will help you be able to tune in to yourself, to find the right answers and healing for you. This meditation is also a companion meditation to my Real Reiki Real Life Episode 29, “Finding Answers From Within on Dealing With Challenging People and Situations.” Although listening to that episode is not necessary before doing this meditation, listening to it might be more helpful in gaining understanding of what we need to learn from these challenging people or situations.
This is a short, guided companion meditation on my podcast episode 28, “Have Fun and Let Loose with Reiki.” Although listening to that episode is not required to do this meditation, you might find it helpful to do so, so you can understand the full reason for this meditation. You do NOT have to be a Reiki practitioner to enjoy this meditation, simply ignore the Reiki instructions given in the meditation to enjoy it. Join me, as we journey and have fun dancing and letting LOOSE in this fun meditation!
Welcome! In this really fun episode, we are going to explore ways we can have more fun with Reiki. Reiki doesn’t always have to be a deep, spiritual practice to clear out blocks, or help us through painful episodes! Although Reiki is WONDERFUL for these things, life is meant to be enjoyed to the fullest, and with this gift of life and reiki from God/the universe, the same applies! I am a firm believer that there needs to be balance in all things, and this is also how the universe operates. How many of you feel you need to bring more fun into your reiki practice, or just more fun in life, period?
Join me in this episode, where we discover FUN ways to incorporate reiki into our lives.
In this episode we will be discussing why it is that prayer seems to be more effective when it is done collectively, in larger numbers, versus alone. In spirituality, we believe we have the spark of the Divine within us, so if that is true, why can’t we just pray on our own, and have the same effect as when we pray in larger numbers?I am a huge believe in the power of prayer because I have seen it work countless times in my life. At times, even miracles have been witnessed. So, this was a question I had to really think deeply on, and couldn’t come up with a feasible answer. Join me in this episode as we discuss this further.
This episode is focused on helping you come to a place of understanding that you do not need a healing practice in order to be the light you are, or to do sacred work.
Later in this episode, we will do a short exercise in helping you connect to your higher self, to find ways you can bless the lives of people around you with your healing work, or to find more ways to do so. Be sure to have a pen and paper ready to write down the impressions you are given during this episode.
This episode is dedicated and recorded with the intention of helping you see just how much light you already spread, and to find ways of spreading more light, even if you do not currently have an active healing practice of some kind. It is designed to help you know that you can do the sacred work of helping others on life’s journey, no matter where you are in your healing practice.
Enjoy, and Namaste!
Welcome! This episode is about being vulnerable, and how this is actually another path to healing. Many of us are being called to be more vulnerable in our lives right now, and we are going to focus mainly on why being vulnerable helps heal you, and others, and to hopefully help inspire you to heed the call in being vulnerable, to be able to help yourself, shine your light even brighter, be who you are meant to be, and to help others through your vulnerability.
Welcome! In this episode, we are going to discuss how illness can actually be our ally. Many of us healers suffer from some kind of illness, and this can bring a myriad of emotions (some of which are not always conducive to our healing path!)
In this episode, we are going to discuss ways we can help ourselves move forward towards healing when we feel like we just can’t take our physical illness anymore.
Inspiration for today’s podcast goes to Reiki Rays author, Angie Webster. She actually wrote an article on this exact same thing on the Reiki Rays website. It really resonated with me because these are the very things I had to learn in my own healing journey with chronic illness, and couldn’t find the right words to articulate it. I know many of us healers suffer from some kind of chronic pain or illness, and I hope this subject resonates with many of you.
You are a perfect, Divine vessel of love, no matter your physical health challenges! We also discuss this in length! Don’t forget the companion meditation designed specifically for this episode, in moving towards a path of healing, when you are in the midst of a great health challenge.

In this episiode, we will be discussing cultivating self-compassion when life challenges hit you hard. This goes deeper than reciting self-love mantras, etc (those are wonderful!) because it delves at a level most of us don’t realize is there. Be sure to have a pen and paper handy for this episode, because we will be doing a very helpful and powerful exercise later in identifying ways to have more self-compassion towards ourselves.

The number one concern I hear from students and experienced Reiki practitioners is that they feel their self-reiki treatments aren’t working, and they don’t feel much when they do their self-Reiki. This has caused many practitioners to give up on their self treatments. Please don’t give up! In this episode, I help you understand how common this is, and many things you can do to help yourself tune in more, and to feel more, when doing your self-Reiki treatments.
Stay tuned for the companion meditation, right after this episode, which is designed specifically to help Reiki practioners feel more of a connection with the Reiki energy during their self-reiki treatments. You do not need to listen to the podcast episode before beginning this meditation. In this meditation, we will be utilizing breath, aromatherapy, our spiritual guidance, ritual, and will be meditating on the Sei Heiki, the emotional/,mental symbol. We will develop ta strong connection with Sei Heiki, and this will be useful for when we later want to use Sei Heiki while doing self-reiki, or even when working on clients. Later in the meditation, we will do a beautiful, beautiful, segment where we focus all of that love into our heart, combine it with Sei Heiki, and Divine energy, to bless and heal those in our home, City, country, and planet! This is powerful, and is designed to specifically raise and keep your vibrations and consciousness. Enjoy!
In this guided meditation, we start off by doing a short breath work exercise, where we concentrate on releasing, expanding, and filling ourselves with beautiful, healing, Divine light. Later, we visit a sacred beach, where we meet with a divine, loving Being who further offers healing light and love. After this meditation, you will feel peaceful, loved, safe, cared for, and your worries, whatever they may be, will hopefully no longer have as much power over you. Modifications are given to those who are attuned to Reiki, and this meditation can be done by anyone, regardless if you have been attuned to Reiki, or not. This is my gift to you, because I also suffer with SAD, and was unable to find any meditations out there that were geared specifically towards this, or that resonated with me. I hope you enjoy it, and hope that it helps you to find much deserved peace and healing.
As always, I am not a doctor, or mental health professional, so please consult with any of these professionals if you suffer from this disorder. The purpose of this meditation is not to try and diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure SAD. Rather, it is to hopefully be used in conjunction with any professional help you might already be receiving.
