RRRL: Guided, Salt Bath Meditation to Relieve Stress, Anxiety, Worry, Pain, and to Cleanse and Uplift Your Aura



Welcome to this guided, salt bath meditation, designed to cleanse your physical body, relax, let go of stress, release toxins, boost your circulation, relieve aches and pains, AND cleanse and uplift your aura. This meditation will leave you feeling relaxed, with your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies cleansed and uplifted. Join me, as I guide you from your bathtub, to a beautiful and sacred hot spring in the forest, where you will heal your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies.

Although not mandatory, if this is your first time doing this meditation, it is best to listen to this meditation in it’s entirety before beginning, so you can have everything ready in advance that is needed. If you have already listened to this meditation, you can fast forward to approximately 4:40 to skip the introduction and begin the meditation.

Optimal soaking time to reap the most benefits from salt baths, is between 20-25 minutes, and the meditation portion of this recording will be between 15-20 minutes.

For this meditation, you will need about 2-3 cups of salt,  and other helpful,  but not required,  items to have are ¾ cup of  baking soda,  essential oils of your choice, candles, and any aromatic herbs you’d like to use.

RRRL: 35 Salt Cave Meditation (To be used inside a salt cave)



Salt caves are all the rage these days, and I love to meditate at my local salt cave. This salt cave meditation is designed to be used at The Centered Stone salt cave in American Fork, Utah, but can be used in any salt cave with a small modification mentioned in the meditations. This meditation is recorded with the intention to help you achieve maximum benefits from the salt-infused air in the salt cave, by incorporating breathing techniques, mindfulness, visualization,  and quieting the mind to help de-stress, relax, rejuvenate, and help ease the emotional and physical bodies of pain.

You do not need to be an expert in meditation, and in fact, if you are a beginner, this meditation is perfect for the beginner, as well as any seasoned meditation practitioners.

This meditation is designed to last 35- 40 minutes, with a typical 45 minute salt cave session in mind. The extra minutes are  to allow you to find a comfortable spot on the salt, in a reclining chair, or other comfortable position of choice before beginning your meditation, as well as to fully come back to the present moment after your meditation, before your salt session ends.

RRRL:34 Reconnect and Ignite the Light and Power of YOU! Short, Guided Meditation That Will Also Clear/Balance Your Chakras and Aura



This meditation is best done when you have a few moments to really sit with this energy after the meditation, and is a great way to start your day because it is very rejuvenating, and helps you go out into the world with a sense of purpose. In this episode, we are going to talk about relying on your inner guidance. Too often, we rely on outside sources to guide us in the things we do, and forget that we have everything we need in order to make choices that are right for us. Like anything, if you do not use your intuition regularly, or practice it regularly, it becomes rusty, or more difficult to practice. The connection can be dimmed.

Did you know that you do not have to rely on outside sources to govern your life? You have all the tools, the divine birthright, right inside you to be able to listen to your own inner guidance, your truth, and what is right for you, and nobody else.

Join me in this episode, where we discuss this in detail, as well as do a short exercise/meditation in reconnecting to that inner guidance, and how to apply it in your life. You will feel more empowered, and more capable, in trusting your intuition.

While it is nice to listen to advice from others to help gain different perspectives, ultimately, the answer that is right for you, must come from within yourself. This meditation is given with this intention, and will help you be able to tune in to yourself, to find the right answers and healing for you.  This meditation is also a companion meditation to my Real Reiki Real Life Episode 29, “Finding Answers From Within on Dealing With Challenging People and Situations.” Although listening to that episode is not necessary before doing this meditation, listening to it might be more helpful in gaining understanding of what we need to learn from these challenging people or situations.

I am a firm believer that there needs to be balance in all things, and this is also how the universe operates.
