This meditation is best done when you have a few moments to really sit with this energy after the meditation, and is a great way to start your day because it is very rejuvenating, and helps you go out into the world with a sense of purpose. Because it raises your vibrations, it also helps you to have a better day and handle things more effectively throughout your day.
Modifications are given to those who are attuned to reiki, and through the work we do in this meditation, we will be naturally clearing and balancing our auras and chakras.

In this episode, we are going to talk about relying on your inner guidance. Too often, we rely on outside sources to guide us in the things we do, and forget that we have everything we need in order to make choices that are right for us. Like anything, if you do not use your intuition regularly, or practice it regularly, it becomes rusty, or more difficult to practice. The connection can be dimmed.
Did you know that you do not have to rely on outside sources to govern your life? You have all the tools, the divine birthright, right inside you to be able to listen to your own inner guidance, your truth, and what is right for you, and nobody else.
Join me in this episode, where we discuss this in detail, as well as do a short exercise/meditation in reconnecting to that inner guidance, and how to apply it in your life. You will feel more empowered, and more capable, in trusting your intuition.
There are many reasons why we can get into the rift of feeling disconnected from our spiritual gifts, and the reasons can be countless. We’ll focus more on when you’re in this rift, how to find comfort in it, and even how to lift yourself out of it, if you are desiring that to happen. While it is nice to listen to advice from others to help gain different perspectives, ultimately, the answer that is right for you, must come from within yourself. This meditation is given with this intention, and will help you be able to tune in to yourself, to find the right answers and healing for you. Welcome! In this really fun episode, we are going to explore ways we can have more fun with Reiki. Reiki doesn’t always have to be a deep, spiritual practice to clear out blocks, or help us through painful episodes! Although Reiki is WONDERFUL for these things, life is meant to be enjoyed to the fullest, and with this gift of life and reiki from God/the universe, the same applies! I am a firm believer that there needs to be balance in all things, and this is also how the universe operates. In this guided meditation, we start off by doing a short breath work exercise, where we concentrate on releasing, expanding, and filling ourselves with beautiful, healing, Divine light. Later, we visit a sacred beach, where we meet with a divine, loving Being who further offers healing light and love. After this meditation, you will feel peaceful, loved, safe, cared for, and your worries, whatever they may be, will hopefully no longer have as much power over you. Modifications are given to those who are attuned to Reiki, and this meditation can be done by anyone, regardless if you have been attuned to Reiki, or not. This is my gift to you, because I also suffer with SAD, and was unable to find any meditations out there that were geared specifically towards this, or that resonated with me. I hope you enjoy it, and hope that it helps you to find much deserved peace and healing.

Seasonal affective disorder also known as (SAD) is a type of depression that’s related to changes in seasons — SAD begins and ends at about the same times every year. If you’re like most people with SAD, your symptoms start in the fall and continue into the winter months, sapping your energy and making you feel moody. As lightworkers, whether you suffer from SAD, or not, this disorder effects us in many ways. Listen to this episode to gain more information on this disorder, and how you can help yourself if you do suffer from it.
