Welcome to this guided imagery meditation, utilizing the healing heat of the sauna, to help you release stress, anxiety, trauma, and emotional pain related to trauma, PTSD, or any other reason in need of healing. Being a survivor of many decades of childhood and adult trauma, I understand the immense pain that is associated with these areas of tension in the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies. I also understand a simple, yet powerful, meditation such as this, can help you cope with symptoms of trauma and PTSD, but please keep in mind, that this meditation can stir up old feelings of pain, sadness, hurt, and any other emotions. (soothingly) Cry if needed, as this is also a method of releasing what has been held inside for too long. Please also know this meditation is not meant to take the place of any professional treatment, but is meant to compliment any existing mental or health services.

But, did you know essential oils have different frequencies, and they can be used in your reiki sessions, based on the frequency they emit? In this episode, we will discuss the top high frequency essential oils, what they are used for, as well as oils that are considered mid and low frequency, and how to use them in your reiki sessions. Confused on which oil to use in your sessions? We will also do a mini, powerful meditation/exercise where you can learn how to tune into which essential oil to use on yourself, and your clients! Welcome to this guided, self-reiki meditation, where we will use the Archangels and the healing elements of wind, water, earth, and fire, to help you feel more connected to your reiki energy. This is a companion episode to our podcast episode # 47A “Do Online Attunements Work? Do I Need to get Re-Attuned, Overcoming Self-Doubt, etc.” Although listening to that episode is not required to do this meditation, we fully explain in detail why someone would feel like they are not feeling their reiki connection.
This meditation is NOT an attunement to reiki. You do need to seek a qualified reiki master teacher to attune you to reiki. This meditation is for all levels of reiki practitioners who have already been attuned to reiki. However, we will be using reiki level 2 symbols, do if you are reiki level 1, adaptations will be given.
This meditation is designed to help you feel more connected to your reiki energy. Once you are attuned to reiki, it is with you for the rest of your life, and nobody can take it away from you. You don’t ever need to be reconnected to your reiki! However, as mentioned in the podcast episode, there are times when you might need to feel reconnected to your reiki energy. Although re-attunements are not necessary, they are helpful in feeling that reconnection to reiki again as it is a very cleansing process. This meditation is designed to help clear out any stuck energy so we can then feel more strongly reconnected to the reiki energy. This meditation is great to use during periods of upset, self-doubt, or anytime you have gone through, or are going through, a particular rough time in your life.

I had a listener message me on our Facebook page, and I hear the questions she asked all the time from my own students, from those I meet casually who are new to the reiki world, and from my own listeners. In this episode, we are going to discuss online attunements/distant attunements, and do they work? Do you need to get re-attuned to reiki if you feel like it is not working? And, overcoming self-doubt while doing reiki! I will also be doing a reiki meditation as a companion to this episode, in helping you reconnect to the reiki energy if you are feeling like you might need a reconnection of some kind. Welcome to this guided, salt bath meditation, designed to cleanse your physical body, relax, let go of stress, release toxins, boost your circulation, relieve aches and pains, AND cleanse and uplift your aura. This meditation will leave you feeling relaxed, with your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies cleansed and uplifted. Join me, as I guide you from your bathtub, to a beautiful and sacred hot spring in the forest, where you will heal your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies.
Although not mandatory, if this is your first time doing this meditation, it is best to listen to this meditation in it’s entirety before beginning, so you can have everything ready in advance that is needed. If you have already listened to this meditation, you can fast forward to approximately 4:40 to skip the introduction and begin the meditation.
Optimal soaking time to reap the most benefits from salt baths, is between 20-25 minutes, and the meditation portion of this recording will be between 15-20 minutes.
For this meditation, you will need about 2-3 cups of salt, and other helpful, but not required, items to have are ¾ cup of baking soda, essential oils of your choice, candles, and any aromatic herbs you’d like to use.

Salt caves are all the rage these days, and I love to meditate at my local salt cave. This salt cave meditation is designed to be used at The Centered Stone salt cave in American Fork, Utah, but can be used in any salt cave with a small modification mentioned in the meditations. This meditation is recorded with the intention to help you achieve maximum benefits from the salt-infused air in the salt cave, by incorporating breathing techniques, mindfulness, visualization, and quieting the mind to help de-stress, relax, rejuvenate, and help ease the emotional and physical bodies of pain.
You do not need to be an expert in meditation, and in fact, if you are a beginner, this meditation is perfect for the beginner, as well as any seasoned meditation practitioners.
This meditation is designed to last 35- 40 minutes, with a typical 45 minute salt cave session in mind. The extra minutes are to allow you to find a comfortable spot on the salt, in a reclining chair, or other comfortable position of choice before beginning your meditation, as well as to fully come back to the present moment after your meditation, before your salt session ends.
