Welcome! In this episode, we are going to discuss how you set yourself apart from other practitioners by connecting powerfully with your clients. As Reiki and other healing modalities become more mainstream, that means an increase in people looking for healing services, and it also means more practitioners are out there offering services.
How are you setting yourself apart, so the customers who are right for you, will book time and time again? What is it that you have to offer that will draw people to you?
There are many, many ways to do this, and I am going to cover some of the main, more obvious ones, and maybe some of the not so obvious ones.
This short meditation is timed perfectly to help lift and restore your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual body as you lay on a tanning bed, or it can be done anytime without a tanning bed, for a quick, cleansing meditation. Living in the far north, I personally go to a tanning bed in the winter to help with vitamin D and Seasonal Affective Disorder, otherwise known as SAD. Please know this meditation is not meant to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any kind of health concern.
If you can, turn the body fans on your tanning bed to your highest level of comfort to maximize portions of this meditation.
Welcome, everyone! In this episode, join us as we speak with Andrew Hackett, bestselling author of the popular book, “Free From Fear.” In this episode, Andrew outlines his sacred, spiritual journey of discovering who he is, as he broke from the chains of fear. Andrew shares with us nuggets of inspirational wisdom, in how to recognize, and break our own chains of fear in life, so we can truly be free. You can contact Andrew by going to his website, https://www.andrewhackett.com.au/, and can purchase his immensely inspirational book from Audible (we said Audacity in the podcast…..woops!) via Amazon on Kindle, or printed format. Andrew says that everything we experience in life – every thought, every feeling and every choice we make – is based on either Love or Fear. His book will help you confront the Fears in your life that hold you back from achieving your ultimate potential. It will explain why you are so afraid to know the answers and will set you free in the process.
Andrew Hackett has more than 20 years experience helping people think outside their limitations to move beyond their fears so they can accomplish amazing things in their life, business and relationships. Andrew is an 𝘈𝘶𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘳 & 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘛𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘳 who works with individuals and groups in a wholistic mind, body and soul approach, through various workshops & speaking events all over Australia and soon in America. Andrew has a passion for writing as he believes it is a wonderful way to get his message shared across the world, and loves enabling others to get the very best from their lives.
Welcome to this guided meditation to be done before studying, or taking tests. Often, our minds are absorbed with everything going on around us, and we are stressed, or we are anxious, and it is critical to let most of this go, so our minds can be sharp and clear for the studying or test-taking we are about to do. In this meditation, we will be employing the breath, eye pattern methods, visualization, and mantras to get ourselves in a calm, but alert state for our studies or test. Also, studies have shown that inhaling lemon essential oil helps release stress, and brings the mind to a state of alertness, helping to retain information studied. Lemon essential oil is optional during this meditation, and is not required. If you have it, then please have it by your side for the breathing portion of this meditation. At the end of this meditation, we will ground ourselves back to the present moment, by a change in tempo, using drums to anchor us to mother earth. Enjoy!
Welcome! Suicide rates are on this rise, and In this episode we are going to talk about what others would call us as “weird”, and about being our true authentic selves. Oftentimes, we are afraid for whatever reason to let our true light shine, because we don’t want to be judged, or labeled as “weird.” Doing so can cause us to live a life where we fall into despair and depression, and can lead to suicide. In this episode, we are going to discuss why we feel this way, and perhaps help those who might be stuck in feeling this way, to let go a little, so you can be FREE to be who you are, and so the world can see your true, beautiful light!
Welcome! NO REIKI EXPERIENCE NEEDED! In this episode, we are going to discuss why it is imperative for us as Reiki practitioners, energy workers, and even bodyworkers (massage therapists, etc.) to disconnect from our client’s energy after every treatment (distant or in person) and I will teach you two important energetic ways to disconnect that I use on all my massage therapy and Reiki clients, that can be done anywhere, at any time. I will also teach you how to clear and fill your space with Divine light, so that your space energetically becomes an uplifting, light-filled, and loving place to be for you, and your clients. I will be producing a YouTube video showing how I do all of this if you are more of a visual learner, and you can find that video within the next day or two on my realreikireallife YouTube channel. I will post the link here when I have completed that video.
Welcome! In this episode, we are going to talk about competition, and the energy we put out there when we become healers. Is there competition? What kind of energy are we sending those who we perceive as competition? The reality is, there IS NO COMPETITION! Join me in this episode, where we discuss this important topic, and how to move beyond the energy of competition in this work we do as healers.
Welcome to this guided, salt bath meditation, designed to cleanse your physical body, relax, let go of stress, release toxins, boost your circulation, relieve aches and pains, AND cleanse and uplift your aura. This meditation will leave you feeling relaxed, with your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies cleansed and uplifted. Join me, as I guide you from your bathtub, to a beautiful and sacred hot spring in the forest, where you will heal your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies.
Although not mandatory, if this is your first time doing this meditation, it is best to listen to this meditation in it’s entirety before beginning, so you can have everything ready in advance that is needed. If you have already listened to this meditation, you can fast forward to approximately 4:40 to skip the introduction and begin the meditation.
Optimal soaking time to reap the most benefits from salt baths, is between 20-25 minutes, and the meditation portion of this recording will be between 15-20 minutes.
For this meditation, you will need about 2-3 cups of salt, and other helpful, but not required, items to have are ¾ cup of baking soda, essential oils of your choice, candles, and any aromatic herbs you’d like to use.
Enjoy this healing moment, created specifically for you! Namaste!
Salt caves are all the rage these days, and I love to meditate at my local salt cave. This salt cave meditation is designed to be used at The Centered Stone salt cave in American Fork, Utah, but can be used in any salt cave with a small modification mentioned in the meditations. This meditation is recorded with the intention to help you achieve maximum benefits from the salt-infused air in the salt cave, by incorporating breathing techniques, mindfulness, visualization, and quieting the mind to help de-stress, relax, rejuvenate, and help ease the emotional and physical bodies of pain.
You do not need to be an expert in meditation, and in fact, if you are a beginner, this meditation is perfect for the beginner, as well as any seasoned meditation practitioners.
This meditation is designed to last 35- 40 minutes, with a typical 45 minute salt cave session in mind. The extra minutes are to allow you to find a comfortable spot on the salt, in a reclining chair, or other comfortable position of choice before beginning your meditation, as well as to fully come back to the present moment after your meditation, before your salt session ends.
Enjoy this moment of peace and bliss in your salt cave session. Namaste!
