Welcome! Suicide rates are on this rise, and In this episode we are going to talk about what others would call us as “weird”, and about being our true authentic selves. Oftentimes, we are afraid for whatever reason to let our true light shine, because we don’t want to be judged, or labeled as “weird.” Doing so can cause us to live a life where we fall into despair and depression, and can lead to suicide. In this episode, we are going to discuss why we feel this way, and perhaps help those who might be stuck in feeling this way, to let go a little, so you can be FREE to be who you are, and so the world can see your true, beautiful light!

Welcome! NO REIKI EXPERIENCE NEEDED! In this episode, we are going to discuss why it is imperative for us as Reiki practitioners, energy workers, and even bodyworkers (massage therapists, etc.) to disconnect from our client’s energy after every treatment (distant or in person) and I will teach you two important energetic ways to disconnect that I use on all my massage therapy and Reiki clients, that can be done anywhere, at any time. I will also teach you how to clear and fill your space with Divine light, so that your space energetically becomes an uplifting, light-filled, and loving place to be for you, and your clients. I will be producing a YouTube video showing how I do all of this if you are more of a visual learner, and you can find that video within the next day or two on my realreikireallife YouTube channel. I will post the link here when I have completed that video.
Welcome! In this episode, we are going to talk about competition, and the energy we put out there when we become healers. Is there competition? What kind of energy are we sending those who we perceive as competition? The reality is, there IS NO COMPETITION! Join me in this episode, where we discuss this important topic, and how to move beyond the energy of competition in this work we do as healers.
Welcome to this guided, salt bath meditation, designed to cleanse your physical body, relax, let go of stress, release toxins, boost your circulation, relieve aches and pains, AND cleanse and uplift your aura. This meditation will leave you feeling relaxed, with your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies cleansed and uplifted. Join me, as I guide you from your bathtub, to a beautiful and sacred hot spring in the forest, where you will heal your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual bodies.
Although not mandatory, if this is your first time doing this meditation, it is best to listen to this meditation in it’s entirety before beginning, so you can have everything ready in advance that is needed. If you have already listened to this meditation, you can fast forward to approximately 4:40 to skip the introduction and begin the meditation.
Optimal soaking time to reap the most benefits from salt baths, is between 20-25 minutes, and the meditation portion of this recording will be between 15-20 minutes.
For this meditation, you will need about 2-3 cups of salt, and other helpful, but not required, items to have are ¾ cup of baking soda, essential oils of your choice, candles, and any aromatic herbs you’d like to use.
Enjoy this healing moment, created specifically for you! Namaste!
Salt caves are all the rage these days, and I love to meditate at my local salt cave. This salt cave meditation is designed to be used at The Centered Stone salt cave in American Fork, Utah, but can be used in any salt cave with a small modification mentioned in the meditations. This meditation is recorded with the intention to help you achieve maximum benefits from the salt-infused air in the salt cave, by incorporating breathing techniques, mindfulness, visualization, and quieting the mind to help de-stress, relax, rejuvenate, and help ease the emotional and physical bodies of pain.
You do not need to be an expert in meditation, and in fact, if you are a beginner, this meditation is perfect for the beginner, as well as any seasoned meditation practitioners.
This meditation is designed to last 35- 40 minutes, with a typical 45 minute salt cave session in mind. The extra minutes are to allow you to find a comfortable spot on the salt, in a reclining chair, or other comfortable position of choice before beginning your meditation, as well as to fully come back to the present moment after your meditation, before your salt session ends.
Enjoy this moment of peace and bliss in your salt cave session. Namaste!
There is a big catch phrase in spiritual circles these days, and in the secular world, of we are all connected. But, what does it mean when we say we are all connected? It can mean many things to different people, based on their experiences and level of understanding the term, etc. So what does that mean for you? And, we’ll talk about how to understand how your individual actions affect EVERYONE as a whole and collective. This inspirational and uplifting (and silly at times) post infuses real life experiences, humor, and love in understanding your place and how you contribute in this universe. Enjoy!
Welcome! We have a very special guest on our show today. In this episode, we interview Autumn Jensen, who shares with us her beautiful light, wisdom, and journey with Reiki and how she came to step into her power, truth, and light. You don’t want to miss Autumn’s beautiful and inspiring message about her journey as an “undercover lightworker.” What is an undercover lightworker? Tune in to find out!
This meditation is best done when you have a few moments to really sit with this energy after the meditation, and is a great way to start your day because it is very rejuvenating, and helps you go out into the world with a sense of purpose. Because it raises your vibrations, it also helps you to have a better day and handle things more effectively throughout your day.
Modifications are given to those who are attuned to reiki, and through the work we do in this meditation, we will be naturally clearing and balancing our auras and chakras.
Welcome! Good to be here, thank you for sharing your space with me for the next few minutes.
In this episode, we are going to talk about relying on your inner guidance. Too often, we rely on outside sources to guide us in the things we do, and forget that we have everything we need in order to make choices that are right for us. Like anything, if you do not use your intuition regularly, or practice it regularly, it becomes rusty, or more difficult to practice. The connection can be dimmed.
Did you know that you do not have to rely on outside sources to govern your life? You have all the tools, the divine birthright, right inside you to be able to listen to your own inner guidance, your truth, and what is right for you, and nobody else.
Join me in this episode, where we discuss this in detail, as well as do a short exercise/meditation in reconnecting to that inner guidance, and how to apply it in your life. You will feel more empowered, and more capable, in trusting your intuition.
Welcome to this guided meditation. This is a companion meditation to episode 32 “Finding Comfort and Peace if You Are Feeling Disconnected From Your Spiritual Gifts” at realreikireallife.com. Although listening to this meditation is not necessary in order to do this meditation, you might find it helpful to listen to the podcast episode first,to more fully incorporate the healing messages that are taught in this meditation.
Often in life, as we go through periods of upset or overwhelm, it can feel like our spiritual gifts have been dimmed. We may become upset, or feel entirely off as we go through these periods, because our spiritual gifts are a part of us. This is completely normal to go through this process and to feel this way.
