This is a long one because the topic is so very important for those of us who are survivors of significant trauma.First, I want to say, that if you have been struggling with self-love, and come from a significant background of trauma, this is an episode you do not want to miss! This is not your typical self-love episode, where we tell you to increase your self-care, go get a massage, reiki session, manicure, or whatever, to love yourself. Nor is it an episode where we will tell you to recite affirmations or mantras, or do more self-reiki to find self-love! Those CAN work for us with significant trauma, but with modifications!
