This short meditation is timed perfectly to help lift and restore your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual body as you lay on a tanning bed, or it can be done anytime without a tanning bed, for a quick, cleansing meditation. Living in the far north, I personally go to a tanning bed in the winter to help with vitamin D and Seasonal Affective Disorder, otherwise known as SAD. Please know this meditation is not meant to diagnose, prevent, treat, or cure any kind of health concern.

If you can, turn the body fans on your tanning bed to your highest level of comfort to maximize portions of this meditation.
