In this episiode, we will be discussing cultivating self-compassion when life challenges hit you hard. This goes deeper than reciting self-love mantras, etc (those are wonderful!) because it delves at a level most of us don’t realize is there. Be sure to have a pen and paper handy for this episode, because we will be doing a very helpful and powerful exercise later in identifying ways to have more self-compassion towards ourselves.
