Welcome to this powerful, guided meditation, where we use the healing power of mindfulness, visualization, intention, and universal life force energy and/or reiki, to take a deep journey into our soul………………to identify any pain or joy in our lives, allow it to have it’s voice, and then release it back to the universe. You do not need to be attuned to reiki to do this meditation, although instructions for reiki and non-reiki practitioners will be given in this meditation.
Welcome! The topic of today’s episode is “EGO IS NOT A “BAD” WORD! REDEFINING, AND WORKING WITH THE HUMAN EGO FOR PERSONAL GROTH AND TRANSFORMATION.”
You might be saying, “But, but, but, we have been taught that the ego IS A BAD thing, and I do not want anything BAD to remain a part of my personal development and spirituality, nor in the reiki sessions I give or receive! No thank you, Patricia!” Please bare with me and have an open mind to find out what this exactly means! Intrigued? Please listen on, whether you are a reiki practitioner, into personal development, spirituality, or not. There is something for everyone in this episode!
Hello, everyone! Thank you for joining me in this very important episode that will helpfully help those of us who have struggled to find self-love, despite all our efforts to try and cultivate and achieve it. This is a long one because the topic is so very important for those of us who are survivors of significant trauma.First, I want to say, that if you have been struggling with self-love, and come from a significant background of trauma, this is an episode you do not want to miss! This is not your typical self-love episode, where we tell you to increase your self-care, go get a massage, reiki session, manicure, or whatever, to love yourself. Nor is it an episode where we will tell you to recite affirmations or mantras, or do more self-reiki to find self-love! Those CAN work for us with significant trauma, but with modifications! Listen on to find out how!
You know, I have always disliked politics. My personal opinion is politics divide us, instead of uniting us, and I believe politics should not come into play when it comes to inequality and racism, except to enact laws promoting equality. We all know racism is a hot topic these days, and for good reason! Join me in this episode, where we have a thoughtful discussion on politics, and why I believe this podcast is not getting too political. We also discuss how turning a blind eye to inequality can inhibit our spiritual, personal, and emotional growth. I also discuss Austin Channing Brown’s latest book on the topic of racism. In my opinion, this is a must-read for anyone who wants to evolve in their spiritual, personal, and emotional growth!
This is not your typical “let’s discuss the pandemic” podcast episode! With the pandemic extending beyond what any of us have anticipated, some of us are simply tired of it all, and we are experiencing a bit of an imbalance of energy in life. This could show up as many things for us, and together, through sensitive and compassionate dialogue, we will journey to hopefully experience a powerful shift in perspective, to find that place of balance we have been craving. If you are sick of the pandemic, and want a fresh perspective of how you can balance the pain of loss this pandemic has brought, with the pain of growth it has also brought, this is your episode!
Also, towards the end of the podcast, we briefly discuss ways we as “white” people (if you identify as such) can learn and grow from the current civil unrest out in the world with the Black Lives Matter movement. A call to people of color is given to have as a possible guest on the show because we need your experiences and perspective more than ever! If you are a person of color, please listen to see how you can be given the mic during this very important time in our history. Your life, and your voice matters! We need you so much!
Welcome to this guided, mindfulness meditation, where we will create a comfortable, safe, soothing, and healing place in your mind’s eye, for you to come to at any time it is needed…………The world can seem like a very uncertain and scary place at times, especially during times of pandemic, political and racial tensions, or just any other time you are struggling in life, and need to feel more balanced and at peace.
Please keep in mind that this meditation is not meant to diagnose or treat any health issues including any mental or emotional health challenges. Please consult with a qualified mental health therapist or other medical professional, for assistance with any mental health challenges or health issues.
Welcome! Today we have guest Gaby Milan back on the show, and in this podcast, we go over 5 ways we can all help ourselves and each other during these uncertain times. Enjoy!
The old paradigm in spirituality is not working anymore. Some of what I may say in this episode might be triggering to some, and I apologize beforehand if this is the case. Please know what I am saying in this podcast episode is based on my own experiences, and my own collaboration with other healers in the spiritual community who are going through very similar experiences. Many of us are being called to help introduce the new paradigm of spirituality into this realm at this time, and this is causing majorly painful, yet incredibly beautiful shifts. Listen on to hear all about how I have changed in my teachings, and how I am helping to usher in these new frequencies.
Welcome to this guided imagery meditation, utilizing the healing heat of the sauna, to help you release stress, anxiety, trauma, and emotional pain related to trauma, PTSD, or any other reason in need of healing. Being a survivor of many decades of childhood and adult trauma, I understand the immense pain that is associated with these areas of tension in the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies. I also understand a simple, yet powerful, meditation such as this, can help you cope with symptoms of trauma and PTSD, but please keep in mind, that this meditation can stir up old feelings of pain, sadness, hurt, and any other emotions. (soothingly) Cry if needed, as this is also a method of releasing what has been held inside for too long. Please also know this meditation is not meant to take the place of any professional treatment, but is meant to compliment any existing mental or health services.
Welcome! In this episode, I present an alternate view of being at peace with your pain in life, whatever that might be for you. We explore and discuss that some things in life can never be healed, and oftentimes, we beat ourselves up over, and over, and over, when this pain rears it’s head in our lives. I get vulnerable and raw in sharing my own challenges with pain that cannot be healed, and the wisdom I have learned in how to come to place of love, and self-acceptance when this is the case. Enjoy!
